Scientists at the National Fuel Cell Research Center at UC Irvine are finding more sustainable and efficient energy sources and are inventing technologies to better use resources.  The Zero Emission Vehicle-Network Enabled Transport, or ZEV-NET, program provides zero-emission electric vehicles to people commuting by train to UCI and other businesses in Orange County.
